Diane Selleck is the president and principal consultant of Organization Success and Development, Inc. Diane has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and specializes in the area of organization development. Prior to starting her own firm she was an organization development manager for The St. Paul Companies (Travelers), managed a change management consulting group, and also worked for US Bancorp, Mayo Medical Center, and Abbott-Northwestern Hospital.
A partial list of OSD’s clients include, USAA, UnitedHealth Group, Thrivent Financial, CNA Insurance, Sabre Holdings, CH Robinson, Wells Fargo, Kemps, City of Minneapolis, and the University of Minnesota.
Diane holds an MBA with honors in Strategic Management and Organization from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and was an adjunct instructor in the area of organizational effectiveness and change management. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
She is certified in Strategic Organization Design from the University of Southern California and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
